Initial public offer of 64,68,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Siddhi Cotspin Limited ("SCI" or the "Company" or the "Offer or") for cash at a price of Rs. The floor price is 10.2 times times the face value and cap price is 10.8 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 1200 equity shares and in multiples of 1200 equity shares thereafter.
