Initial public issue of up to 42,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each ("Equity Shares") of Marinetrans India Limited for cash at a price of Rs. 26.00/-per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 16.00/- per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 10.92 crores ("The Issue") of which 2,16,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.56 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 39,84,000 equity shares at an offer price of Rs. 26.00/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.10.36 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer".
