Initial public issue of 33,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 64 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 54 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 21.12 crores ("Issue / Offer"). This issue includes a reservation of 3,30,000 equity shares aggregating Rs. 2.11 crores for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue shall constitute 27.79% and 25.01, respectively, of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company, Price Band: Rs. 64.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 6.4 times of the face value.
