Initial public offer of upto 52,25,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Current Infraprojects Limited ("the Company" or "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. This issue includes a reservation of up to 2,68,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. The company, in consultation with the brlm, may consider a pre-ipo placement of up to 4,22,400 equity shares for cash consideration aggregating to Rs.
