Public issue of 27,62,000 equity shares* of face value of Rs. 10.00 each ("Equity Shares") of Amic Forging Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 126.00 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 116.00 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 34.80 crores ("The Issue") of which 1,39,000 equity shares* aggregating to Rs. 1.75 crores was reserved for subscription by market makers to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 26,23,000 equity shares* aggregating to Rs. 33.05 crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.33 % and 25.01 % respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. *Subject to finalisation of the basis of allotment. The face value of equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the issue price is 12.6 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bid can be made. for minimum of 1,000 equity shares and the multiples of 1,000 equity shares thereafter.
